Features. Premier Vacation Homes, located in residential neighborhoods, offer the utmost in privacy for leisure travelers and families. Many of the neighborhoods offer community pools, playgrounds and tennis courts. Each home has a private screened in pool and patio, and homes are fully equipped for self catering, with some offering barbecue grills. Pool heat and housekeeping are available for a fee.
